FAQ

1.) When will I receive my order? If order is placed between 9am and 5pm your items will be shipped out the same day. Please allow up to 15 business days before shipping to produce chains. You will always receive a tracking email once your order has been shipped. No tracking will be sent before it has been shipped and is on its way to you. Once your order has shipped, it will typically arrive within 1-3 business days. 

2.) How will I know when my order is on it’s way? You will always receive an email containing tracking information and an estimated date, ONLY once your order has shipped. You will not receive a tracking link anytime before your order arrives in the post office.

3.) What is the delivery process once I place my order? Once your order is placed, we process it immediately. We begin the process of making (chains) or packaging your item and once complete, all orders will be shipped via. USPS. 

4.) I need to cancel my order, What should I do? Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to your order once it has been successfully placed. 

5.) What payment methods are expected?  All payments are powered by PayPal. We accept PayPal, PayPal credit, VISA, AMEX, Discover Card, and MasterCard.

6.) How can I contact someone for questions? Use the Contact page, DM or Email us! Our Customer Service Team is available Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. Please always include your name and order number. If you reach out to us after business Hours, please allow up to 48 hours for response. 

7.) How can I return or exchange an item? We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time.

8.) Can I order if I do not reside in the United States? Yes, however please be patient as shipping may take longer and cost more.
